Check In Process

Making your check-in as simple as possible is a priority at MamaCents!

Once you have registered, pick you inventory check-in/drop off time as soon as possible. Prime times go fast-so even if you do not know how many items you are going to consign, please select a time. We try to keep inspection wait-times to a minimum, so please be sure to sign up for a time and shoot us an email if you think you will have more than 150 items.

Don't have time to wait around for your items to be inspected?

Save time and Drop-N-GO! Consignor has the option to participate in a "Drop-n-Go" check-in program. As a "Drop-N-Go" check-in the consignor simply drops off his/her inventory at the sale and does not have to wait for it to be inspected. A "Drop-N-Go" consignor should know the following:

  • You will need to agree to donate all unacceptable items. Exception: if you have large items in the drop and go(furniture or large toys/gear) we can tell you quickly if they are acceptable, so you can take them back with you. Please beware that it may take us a little longer, but this is still a good alternative if you are super busy. If you leave all your items will be treated as Drop-N-Go and your unacceptable items will be set to donate.
  • We ask for you to select one of the 12am slots on the day you want to drop off when signing up for a check-in time.
  • Your drop off must be during the hours that we are open for drop off. (see schedule)
  • When you drop off please be sure to let us know that you are a "Drop-N-Go" and have your signed consignor agreement. (attachment in welcome letter)

Some things to remember about the general check-in process:

  • All items must be prepared and tagged BEFORE check in (We will not accept any items unless they are tagged).
  • All tags must be on white cardstock.
  • All items should be tagged correctly (no tagging guns please).
  • Plan on arriving no later than 30 minutes before the close of the inspection times.
  • Make sure you have your signed consignor agreement

**Remember to pick-up unsold items at pick-up time at the end of the sale, or else they will be donated to charity.**
